Food and Skin – Whats the connection?

One of the main issues we hear often are about hair, skin and nails: ‘ can’t grow, break easily, flair ups etc ‘

Are there anyways to have clear skin, great nails and hair? Yes… and no.

Since our genetics play a huge role in our bodies, it is hard to say there is a one stop shop, fix it all pill you can consume to help you in these areas. Although, there are ways you can HELP.

Which comes from within! – yes, you have heard it before.

WHEN WE THINK OF FOOD YOU WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU SHOULD BE CONSUMING FOODS THAT ARE GOOD FOR YOUR BODY.

Now, you don’t have to eliminate everything from your current way of eating but you should acknowledge that some of the foods / drinks you consume can have adverse effects on your body.

Example: eating that entire pizza and cheesecake for dinner ( hello, me! -lactose interolerance)
