BodyMovements : A Workout Guide

We have all been there, having to workout or wanting to workout without having the time or lets be honest the patience. So what exactly can you do about? My advice- GO!

Whenever I’m feeling offish or less than motivated and I should probably workout, I do two things :

1. Find 101 things to do to feel better about not working out

2. working out

if you’re like me and have a hard time being still, you’ll know that when you have your mind set on doing something , it has to be done but also you may not be able to or want to. Often times I find myself cleaning , cooking , doing my taxes anything but working out and then telling myself I’ll go tomorrow, which to be completely honest tommorow turns into 3 days off. I have been pushing myself to be more consistent and to keep that nagging feeling out of my head. Hence why I say just GO!

When you have set your mind to something it’s best to execute it. Why? Because your mindset is importan, the promises , goals you set for yourself are important and require your upmost attention. I don’t encourage yourself to push your limits but I encourage all to follow through on what they’ve said. Partly, because you owe it to yourself to give yourself a break and allow you to have some peace.

If you do workout you understand that consistency is key. The foundation to reaching any goals physically , mentally , financially etc require consistency. Setting your mind to something beneficial to you will only bring further positivity to your life. Consistency allows you to set your goals into motion and help you reach what / where you want to be. I’ve spoke on the importance of consistency in previous blog post. It also, sets the pathway for you to acknowledge treating your mind and body as one and with respect.

Recently, I found myself falling off the wagon.. I thought how would I be able to write to others the power of mindset and consistency if I didn’t apply that knowledge to my own life. So whenever I feel like not going and rather finding different ways to defer my workouts by doing other things I’m doing a disservice to myself. Now , I go ! Like nike … I just do it! I found that workout out consistently gives me the focus, energy and peace I’m searching for daily. If I am really short on time I’ll do a full body circuit, easy for in home or gym workouts.
